I Finished Them... in 15 Days

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

It has been a really long time since I have read a novel. I started hearing how great these books are from everyone that has read them... ward members, family members, neighbors, friends... so I decided to try to read them and see if it helped spark my interest in reading these kinds of books again. Everyone kept saying that they had read them all in a matter of days or a week or a couple of weeks, so when I decided to read them, I figured it would take me so much longer. They are all around 500 to 600 pages long, so I was thinking months for myself. Well, I finished all three books in 15 days. That is fast for me. Quite an accomplishment for myself. So... anyone who hasn't read these, I strongly recommend them. They are so much fun and the fourth one comes out in August of 2008. So get going...

I have purchased "Twilight" upon recommendation from several people, but I have yet to crack the spine. I know once I get started that my life will come to a stand still. I love a good book. Looking for something to read now? Read "East of Eden" by John Steinbeck. I have read it twice but would read it again!

Glad you enjoyed them, Leslie. I loved them and can't wait until the 4th. It just takes a little effort getting into the first of a new book, but if it's well-written, you can do it. The world awaits! Love You!

I'm beginning to think I may be the only one in the world who didn't like these books and couldn't even read past the first book. I love reading, though. Glad you found something you liked!

I loved the books, too. I think it took me about 10 days to read all of them and it only took me that long because I had to wait to get them from my sister. They were so good! I can't believe I have to wait until next August to read the fourth one!
